Upgrading our Job Management System

We’re proud to announce that we’re upgrading our systems moving away from our current provider, Joblogic to Uptick, a leader in the Job Management space. While Joblogic has served us well since lockdown, the development of the platform hasn’t been as positive as we’d hoped over the years. Many of our forms still look dated and the back-end job management, particularly with regard routine maintenance planning has never been as good as it could be. With Uptick, this changes!

What does this mean for you?

We sincerely hope this update will bring better service all round. From better documentation to an improved customer portal capable of managing multi-site customers. This really is an upgrade that will benefit our customers with powerful asset tracking allowing us to maintain your systems accurately and efficiently.

Now we know that changes like this can be challenging and there will be teething issues regardless of how much planning and thought we put into this move. We ask for your patience and understanding as we make this move.
